NAIOP Southern Nevada applauds the aggressive stance proposed by Governor Sandoval to reform key components critical to our state. We have always supported the Governor in his vision and look forward to working alongside him as part of that productive partnership. We encourage careful evaluation of the proposed taxation plans for viability, transparency and cooperation with the business community in the legislative process. By working in collaboration, we are able to accomplish the successes that we need to truly diversify and create the vision of a great New Nevada. In addition, we were excited to hear about the expansion of SWITCH throughout the state as we believe that brings significant credibility to our efforts to attract and expand industry in Nevada. We look forward to working with the Governor as we continue the creation of a revitalized, vibrant Nevada.
