NANDU’S LAND SCAM ------------------------------ During one of my vacations (Annual Leave) in Pune, I convinced my Mom to buy two acres of land along the lakeshore village, Kudje. Kudje is very close to Peacock Bay, NDA. The cost then was just Rs 12,000/ per acre . To buy land we had to prove we were farmers, which was arranged for by Uncle who has farms in our Village Islampur, close to Kolhapur. We now had the saath baara (7/12) of the Kudje land in our names. The land was beautiful almost touching the waters of Khadavasala lake MR SANGLIKAR ---------------------- Next to my land, was 25 acres property belonging to one NRI, Civil Engineer, Mr. Sanglikar, who lived in Kuwait and Iraq. He was making millions of dollars in the construction sector there. For years he never showed up. There was a clumsy fence dividing our land. THE SCAM --------------- I got around the Talathi to shift the fence and grabbed about 1 acre of Sanglikar’s land. The Talathi did all this for a fee of Rs 3,000/- and mysteriously replaced the old land record with a new one in all the Govt files. GEROGE BUSH SENIOR, PRESIDENT OF AMERICA ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Years later the Gulf War was triggered by President George Bush. See the video man. Wicked genius Saddam had annexed Kuwait and all Oil Fields The American Forces liberated Kuwait from the grip of evil genius Saddam Hussein, battered Iraq with Patroit and Cruise Missiles and the American Army was in control of Kuwait in a few weeks. COWARD SANGLIKAR RUNS AWAY FROM KUWAIT ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Bad news for me was that coward Sanglikar returned home to Pune! Sure enough he realized I had grabbed a small tract of his land. The Talathi stood by me solidly. He had no choice. He was my partner in this scam. Sanglikar hired a professional surveyor to prove us wrong. He filed a Civil suit against both of us and made the Pune Collector a respondent! !! Rascal, Haraami Saalaa Sanglikar !! We did our best to make him see reason. He still had 24.0 acres as per the survey report. Still the greedy Sanglikar bugger wanted his land back. There was no end to his greed. Sanglikar had powerful contacts in Pune. The game was up for me and I told him to shift the fences back to the original position no cost to me. This was one rare occasion when I had lost in the Game of Deceit. GEORGE THE RASCAL BUSH ----------------------------------------- I attributed my loss in the game of deceit to wicked, evil Mr George Bush Senior, the President of the United States of America. I never forgave the rapacious Capitalistic US of A for this one single reason. If no War against Iraq, Sanglikar would never never have returned to Pune/Kudje. True Story
