NARC decoder: BACKGROUND: I just have to share this message from my lovely Narc. This message came to me about 3 hours after DCSS called to inform me dad called them in the morning to get information and to find out how much support he was behind. (since he took me to court 3 weeks ago asking the judge to reduce his court ordered support to zero until he found a job. The judge said NO) DCSS informed him how much he was behind and that they would be suspending his drivers license until he became current. NNN: I have been extended a offer letter and in the process of negotiation. I am reviewing the benefits and they do not offer a HMO (Kaiser) provider, but they do offer a In-Network Doctor option. The actual coverage is through Blue Cross Blue Shield and Sutter or UC Davis would fall into their In-Network category. Speaking to the HR person, other employees have doctors within the In-Network plan that are apart of a HMO coverage. I gave the HR director the names of the kids main doctors and she is checking on it with the healthcare provider. If I cant get the kids under the offered medical benefits, we can look at a separate solution under Kaiser and I would pay the cost directly? From a cost perspective, Kaiser said since you claimed the kids on your taxs and under the Obama care, the kids can get the same type of coverage I had with my old job. If you can get back to me ASAP, I would like to rap up my offer letter negotiations as quick as possible. I had no doubt that God would come through with a job for me, I just had to be patient and the right job would come a long. You have really given me a hard time about loosing my job and getting another one to provide for our children. You did that when we were married and you continued to do it when we are not together. I have busted my ass for this family financially and it was never good enough for you and never really felt it was ever appreciated. Im not a looser of a father or a provider. Difficult times at moments, but i never quit and never deserved the criticism you gave me But that is the past and this is the now and God has arrived but again with a blessing. I will always be there for our kids and one day you will realize that they need me just as much as they need you. Keeping them away from me is not good in any book. Mistakes will happen as they grow up, because no family or person is perfect as you look around to our circle of friends. Look forward to your response on the medical benefits.
