Please receive humble greetings from the Youth leadership of the National Resistance Movement (NRM). Whereas you are aware that the Youth National Conference of the NRM was established by Chapter Five 39 (2) e of the Constitution of the National Resistance Movement as adopted on 22nd May 2003 and as amended to date, its composition and membership is derived by implication from Chapter Four 11 (2) of the same. The Meetings of National Conference are regulated and guided by Chapter Four 11 (4) a-d – of the NRM constitution. By the powers entrusted to me under the above citations I hereby convene and invite you to attend the Extra Ordinary Youth National Conference Meeting scheduled to take place on Thursday 24th of April 2014 at Mandela National Stadium Namboole. The proposed Agenda is as follows: i. Opening Prayer and Anthem ii. Communication from the Chairperson iii. Reading of previous minutes iv. Discussion of the Kyankwanzi Resolution made by Members of Parliament v. Discussion on the misconduct of some NRM Youth League members of the NEC and CEC and disciplinary action thereof. vi. Resolutions on matters discussed vii. Address by Hon Richard Todwong; Minister without Portfolio in Charge of Mobilization viii. Address by the Rt Hon Amama Mbabazi, Secretary General of NRM ix. Address by HE President Yoweri K. Museveni; Chairman of NRM x. Closure Arrival and accreditation will take place on Thursday 24th of April 2014 at 08:00 am and the meeting will commence at 10:00am.
