NATURAL YOGA EVENT The end of year is approaching and the holiday crazy season is in full force. I invite you all to join me for another Natural Yoga event to escape the silly season for a little while and celebrate the year 2014 in the mountains. We will meet at the Constancia Nek parking lot on the 27th December at 6:45am sharp. From there we will walk up Constancia corner and make our way over to the dams for some chill time and a swim. We will practice some light Yoga asana, but will mainly be focusing on meditation practices and silent group sessions: No Yoga mat required! This hike will take quite a bit longer than the previous ones, ±8hrs, so be sure to have your Saturday pretty wide open. Please bring the following: Hiking shoes, sun protection, bathing costume, something warm to wear, a towel/sarong, water and some food...No Yoga mat required, we will be practicing in the sand. Be sure to bring a light spirit and an open heart;) I can not wait to take you guys up the mountain...it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL up there!
