NAVY EMCOR Government Services, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a $32,889,626 modification under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N40080-07-D-0374) to exercise option four for regional base operating support services at various government facilities within a 100-mile radius of the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, District of Columbia. The regional base operating support services include, but are not limited to: facility investment, building and structure maintenance, repair, alteration and minor construction including interior and exterior finishes, plumbing, electrical, structural, re-lamping, heating ventilation and air conditioning maintenance, janitorial services, and fire apparatus inspection, maintenance and testing . The total contract amount after exercise of this option will be $232,794,717. Work will be performed in Washington, District of Columbia (50 percent); Bethesda, Maryland (44 percent); Quantico, Virginia (four percent); Indian Head, Maryland (one percent); and Dahlgren, Virginia (one percent), and work is expected to be completed Dec. 15, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy and Marine Corps); fiscal 2015 working capital funds (Defense); and 2015 Defense health program funds in the amount of $9,663,561 are being obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, Washington District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
