NBC Revolution Extras Casting Information NBC show ‘Revolution’ is filming in the Austin Texas area. Casting director’s are seeking people who would like to work as extras in the Austin area that have not yet worked on the show. Revolution is about a massive blackout and the struggle faced in a world where technology has disappeared. A family and a group of survivors try to re-establish their new world post the blackout and fight off the enemies that come their way. The show’s first season filmed in Wilmington and season 2 which premiered last month is filming in Austin. Season 2 of the show is scheduled to go through the spring of 2014. Revolution is created by Eric Kripke and produced by J. J. Abrams and his production company, Bad Robot. The show airs on NBC on Monday nights and it premiered in September of last year. The series has been renewed for a new season. The pilot for the series was directed by Jon Favreau whose otrher projects included the block busters Iron Man, Iron Man 2 & 3, The Avengers and Cowboys & Aliens. The TV series stars Zak Orth, Elizabeth Mitchell, Billy Burke and many others who portray a group struggling with life post blackout. The group of revolutionaries confronts a militia that took charge in a world wiped free of all electrical devices, TV’s and gadgets. IF possible, we would like to have you in for a Fitting for your costume either WEDNESDAY 10/30/13 or THURSDAY 10/31/13. Pay rate is $64.00 for 8 hours guaranteed, plus overtime after 8 hours. We do not have a call time currently, so we do ask for a FULL Day and Night availability! Could be 12-14 hours.
