NCC Offers Free Income Tax Preparation Through VITA Program Norwalk Community College will offer free tax preparation and filing services for taxpayers with incomes below $49,000, during the 2015 tax season. IRS certified NCC student volunteers will be on hand to assist taxpayers in the Student Success Center, adjacent to the East Campus Atrium. They will work with taxpayers on both state and federal returns. VITA Advising Session will be held on Saturdays: January 24 through April 11 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., in Rooms W138 and W140 and also on Tuesdays and Thursdays: January 27 through April 14 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Student Success Center off the East Campus Atrium. Those seeking help in filing their returns should bring appropriate tax records and identification with them.
