There are currently six (6) different projects being implemented to deliver a total of 20,368 housing units as follows: • This is completed168 Housing units in Tema for the Bureau of National Investigations by Messrs Amandi Holding Limited • ON GOING 5,000 Housing units at Kpone by Messrs Sethi Realty Limited • 10,000 Housing units at Amansaman by Messrs Agu Resources Ltd. • 200 Housing units by Messrs Agency Biwade Ltd. •ON GOING 5,000 Housing units by Messrs American Capital Partners and the • Completion of 4,720 Affordable Housing units IN addition to the six ongoing projects mentioned above, there are also the following four projects which will deliver 2,008 housing units for the Security Agencies which is COMPLETED PICTURES BELOW and 9,120 housing units for public servants and the general public as follows STILL ON GOING: • 4,120 housing units by ItalConstruct International Limited • 1,000 housing units by Snecou Group • 5000 housing Units by Construtora OAS of Brazil; and • 1,008 housing Units by Commonwealth Business Council/ Global Invest , I would now like to give you a bit more details on each of the projects. ... 1. Construction Of 168 Housing Units For The BNI By Messrs Amandi Holding Limited In Tema Messrs Amandi Holding Limited is constructing one hundred and sixty-eight (168) housing units in Tema for the Bureau of National Investigations at a cost US$14.96 million. The 168 units are made up of the following: • 2 Bedroom Type 1 – 72 units • 2 Bedroom Type 2 – 64 units • 3 Bedroom – 32 units The first component of 72 units of two-bedrooms has been completed 2. Construction of 5,000 Housing units at Kpone by Messrs Sethi Realty Limited Messrs Sethi Realty Limited is undertaking a housing project on a Public, Private Partnership basis at Kpone. The project involves the construction of 5,000 housing units with an initial commitment of US$35 million for 500 units and the development of physical infrastructure.
