Meanwhile, at 4PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 700 km east of Northern Mindanao >Forecast: The provinces of Zambales and Bataan will experience occasional rains. Bicol Region, Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga and Davao Region will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. >Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to west will prevail over Visayas and Northern Mindanao and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest over the rest of the country with slight to moderate seas.
