NEED TO VENT!! SO IRRITATED!! I decided to switch cell phone providers but want to keep my phone so they sent me the new sim card. Everything was fine until I tried to turn it on and the phone as a SIM Lock which means I have to get a SIM Unlock Code from my old provider. Upon calling them they say it would take up to 3 days to get it...REALLY??? Then the phone call dropped. I called them back and now I get someone who says I can call the manufacture directly and get it and they give me their number. I call that number and of course the number has been changed to a different number. I call THAT new number and of course they are closed for the day and want me to call back in the morning. Not a happy camper. At this point I DO NOT RECOMMEND METRO PCS TO ANYONE! Their service has not worked well for me at all in the whole month of me owning the phones...even when Im in town it may tell me Im roaming. SMH!! We will see how this goes tomorrow when I call the manufacture. ANY ADVICE FOR SIM UNLOCK CODES WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thanks for letting me vent.
