NERD ALERT The challenge: Last year, I was every nerds favorite Syrian Assassin [ironic timing], Altaïr Ibn-LaAhad -- and the year before that, Naked Snake from Metal Gear Solid. I wasnt going to do a costume this year-- but my creative bug is biting me, and Im going to challenge myself. Can I build a decent Darth Revan costume in less than 48 hours for under $100? Challenge. Accepted. The mask might be too much of challenge.. but luckily, the recently revealed canon face for Revan is close enough to mine that a little beard trimming could make it work (y) -- going to try!
