NEW 52 CARD PICKUP!!! We had a super intense workout today. I changed out a few things in our standard 52 Card Pickup. Varied challenging pushups, an explosive upright row and mini calf jump with the squat thrusts, low low low squats with a high full extension overhead press. Added in the glue bridges doing the deck of cards with the cardiovascular body weight moves so you guys could have rest before you transitioned back to the more challenging moves this way you could perform at full throttle after the mini gluten bridge break. Also changed out the in and outs to mountain benders. The arm serious deck of cards focused entirely on chest and triceps and I am feeling this big time. Tonight Nick Lowery revealed his body transformation he has been diligently undergoing in our Boot Camp. Isnt this amazing!!! He also showed how much his triceps have developed. He said they have never been this big in all of his training. The training protocols Ive designed are proof we can train men and women in our program and both can achieve great transformations doing the same workouts. Lift weights and do our program and you can achieve what Nick has achieved! Day#8 of our 100 Days to BETTER YOU! Get an entire 8 hours of sleep tomorrow night.
