NEW COMMENT SECTION ON ALL WEEKLY PDL SUBMISSIONS! Pro and Con professional comments welcomed by all who would like to add referenced objective support or critiques of the content. The sample cases are open non-subscribers to add comments. Start with Fridays Submission: puredentallearning/case-studies/calcium-hydroxide-treatmentvalidation-healing/ The goal is to build an addendum of references and expert opinions that will enhance the critical assessment of each submission. Guidelines: 1. Provide scholarly comments either supportive or critical of the submission. 2. Non-educational comments giving praise or criticism without treating value will be filtered. Sample Acceptable Comment: Guneser, MB Akbulut, AU Eldeniz (2013) demonstrated a greater push-out bond strength with Amalgam compared to Biodentine, so it is questionable whether Biodentine was the preferable material to be used to fill the defect in this case. Sample Unacceptable Comment: Great case! What wicked curves! Dont be intimidated. PDL is growing and will be enhancing the library of cases with referenced comments. Those who spend the time to help us add valuable teaching comments will be given special access via a code not requiring a paid subscription. Submit an accepted case and get extended access!
