**NEW PENNSYLVANIA LAW** Attention UV Bronze members current and future The new tanning law takes into effect on July 5, 2014. These are the stipulations: - All individuals 16 or younger are prohibited from utilizing any UV light tanning devices. - All individuals at the age of 17 must have a parent/guardian present on their first day and must sign a document consenting their son/daughter to utilize a UV light tanning device. - All individuals MUST sign a warning statement, indicating you are aware of the risks and consequences of utilizing an UV light tanning device. Please note that we will be requesting age verification identification for all individuals who appear to be under the age of 25 to ensure compliance. All individuals 16 or younger are welcome to utilize our spray tanning services, as spray tanning is not covered under the law. We apologize for any inconveniences this new law has placed on anyone.
