NEW POWERS FOR SCOTLAND??? I know what they are and they amount to reducing the powers of Scotlands parliament by devolving them to local councils, keeping the bedroom tax and worst of all increasing income tax by up to 15p in the pound. this WILL force our wealthiest citizens to move south or pay huge sums in taxation, and many will take their businesses with them. We dont want their so called new powers. example those on £100,000 who already pay half their income in tax will be required to pay an additional £15,000 per year. who wouldnt move? youtu.be/7GY0q_XYxN8
