NEW Proposed Industrial Action affecting London Underground / Tramlink services on various dates in early February 2014 - Industrial action, affecting the London Underground and Tramlink service has been proposed to take place on the following dates:(London Tramlink only) From 22:00 on Tuesday 4 until 21:59 on Wednesday 5 February(London Underground only) From 21:00 on Tuesday 4 until 20:59 on Thursday 6 February(London Underground only) From 21:00 on Tuesday 11 until 20:59 on Thursday 13 February London Tramlink expect to be able to run trams only between Wimbledon and East Croydon only. London Underground anticpate disruption to all services, should the industrial action go ahead. Further details about the level of service will be provided as soon as this information is received. Alternative travel options / Refunds Single / Return printed tickets for the Underground and tram issued on the affected days will not be reimbursedSingle / Return printed tickets (and London Freedom passes, staff passes and other tickets) for the Underground and tram will not be valid on National Rail services except when normally valid for travel between stations on designated interavailable routesTravelcard season tickets may be used on any available service within their zonal validity as normalAnytime Day or Off-peak Day Travelcards bought in advance may be refunded if surrendered before the day of validity, otherwise no refund will be givenOyster Pay as you go users will be charged the appropriate fare for the services used to make their journeyBuses and trams will accept all Underground singles and returns and cross-London tickets presented on the day of validity during the time the strike action is taking place (on reasonable routes only)Buses will accept all tram singles and returns when strike action is taking place (on reasonable routes only)National Rail tickets with cross-London travel will not be valid on dates other than those state on the ticketA decision on refunds on Travelcard Seasons has not yet been made.
