Essential Job Functions: Understand the operations of product development and provide assistance to scientists for maintenance of product development lab and manufacturing facility. Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment. Manufacture finished products according to established procedures with minimum supervision. Properly document experimental and manufacturing procedures and results. Follows established policies, procedures, and practices. Knowledge of: • Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other relevant regulatory requirements • Current company policies, practices, and procedures, including safety rules and regulations Skills in: • Following verbal and written directions • Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing • Operating scientific and personal computers • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others • Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Incumbents are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds, vision to monitor, and moderate to loud noise levels. Incumbents may be exposed to or work with toxic materials, toxic gases, electrical hazards, dangerous tools and equipment. Work is performed in laboratory environments. Required Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, plus minimum of three (3) years’ related experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory, or an equivalent combination of education and experience This 6+ month position starts ASAP.
