NEW ROLE: Client would like to hire this week!! Customer Care Account Manager Our Client is a large manufacturer of health and beauty products based in the GTA and they are looking to add a dynamic Customer Care Account Manager to their team. This person would be responsible for supporting the Sales management team in a variety of functions, from the inception stages to developing and launching new products as well as maintaining and managing accounts. Responsibilities & duties: • The incumbent would be the single point of contact for specific clients as well as respond and follow up with client inquiries with regards to pre-developments, first runs, product sample status, shipments etc. • Provide existing and new clients with important information, quotations and sample products, as well as meet with them on a regular basis to get feedback on the quality of customer service provided. • Proactively, effectively and efficiently resolve any client issues • Be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and liaise with the order entry and shipping departments to check for accuracy in records and successful arrival of goods. • Monitor inventory stock levels and follow up with Production department to ensure that minimum product stock is maintained for all clients. • Manage and maintain up to date customer profiles and monitor new launch projects for both new and existing accounts • Other duties as assigned Education & Experience • Minimum of 3+ years experience in sales, customer service or account management in the consumer packaged goods industry is absolutely necessary while previous experience in the health & beauty care industry would be considered an asset • Excellent communication and presentation skills, must have passion for health, wellness and beauty trends • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and proactively, as well as being able to excel in a fast paced, high pressure environment • Ability to multi task effectively and handle various projects simultaneously with impeccable organizational and time-management skills • Willingness and ability to learn and excel at sales and marketing, customer service, light inventory control and administration • Post Secondary education required in a related and applicable field is required • Superior problem solving skills - must be resourceful and creative with solutions • Ability to travel occasionally in GTA or other client locations We thank everyone who applies but only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.
