NEW SERMON SERIES for January - March 2015: “Extreme Makeover: The Interior Edition” & Church Matters You’ve seen the TV show “Extreme Makeover” where a team comes in and completely transforms a house into something absolutely beautiful. I’m going to piggy-back on the title of the TV show and try to show us that change is possible. I know that seems too good to be true, because real life-change is really hard. We’ve all been frustrated by the lack of success when we’ve tried to change certain areas of our life. An “Extreme Makeover” of ourselves is very difficult but not impossible with the help of God and his Holy Spirit living inside of us. For the next several weeks I want to invite you to explore with me what God’s Word has to say about doing an “Extreme Makeover: The Interior Edition.” I will start the series in January, then interrupt it in February for a short series of sermons called “Church Matters:” Jan 11: “Let’s Do An Interior Makeover” #1 Jan 18: “A Will Makeover” #2 Jan 25 “A Mind Makeover” #3 Feb 01: “An Internal Makeover” #4 “CHURCH MATTERS series: Feb 08: “Money Matters” Feb 15: “Membership Matters” Feb 22: “Ministry Matters” Many of you have been “engaged” to NCC for years, but you haven’t made a commitment to membership.
