NEW Small Batch this Friday 1/24! P.R.T. (Peppercorn Rye Triple) ABV: 9.5% IBU: 28 Belgian style strong ale brewed with 40% rye malt and spices. This strong Belgian ale pours a hazy yellow/gold from the large amount of rye malt added to the grain bill. Hints of peppery spice mixed with over ripened fruit from the addition of 2 Belgian yeast strains for a secondary fermentation to create natural carbonation and a full body mouth feel. Tropical fruit flavors are dominate mixed with citrus and earthy notes from the addition of coriander finished with a hint of black pepper. Take a ride on the P.R.T. flavor train this weekend @MBC!
