NEW VACANCIES Enforcement Bailiff Currently seeking Self Employed Certificated Enforcement Bailiffs to maximise the collections for our clients by providing a professional and understanding service, whilst taking full consideration of the debtors’ financial circumstances and current situation This is a field based engagement where you will: •Actively encourage debtors to discuss their case with us to find a mutually acceptable arrangement, whilst adhering to the Credit Services Association (CSA) and Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA) Codes of Practice •Ensure vulnerable customers are given assistance where necessary •Levy and, when appropriate, coordinate removal of goods in accordance with the Laws of Distress Bailiff Certification is essential (if this has lapsed we will manage the certification process). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (negotiation, persuasive, empathetic) are essential, as is a current driving licence. The position will be subject to a CRB and CCJ check.
