You must be physically fit to attend the course and free from injury. The course includes; • Comprehensive , detailed and easy to follow pictured booklets • Combinations and Strength building exercises including the course core building exercises essential for students progressions and adaption’s moving forward towards routines • Additional 80 tricks, spins, transitions, poses and combinations for progressions and adaption’s. • Spotting techniques (Safe techniques for teaching advanced pole technique) Instruction on how to safely teach advanced inverts. Includes the prevention of accidents whilst doing inverts and overturns for Health and Safety regulations and insurance. Advanced Pole Instructor Training is specific to the safety elements of teacher training and includes spotting inverts and overturns and the prevention of accidents whilst doing inverts and overturns.
