Retired Bishop of Kampala Diocese and human rights defender Rev. Zac Niringiye says government should reveal the corrupt officials and the measures put in place to curb the practice. Corruption remains one of the biggest vices bogging down government operations with billions of tax payers’ money gone to waste.
