***NEWS FLASH*** Earlier today at The Hard Knocks Gym, our very own Coach Priest (The Preacher) decided to join in with local professional Boxer Ryan Davies, in his scheduled boxing fitness training session. we can confirm that the video footage attached has not been doctored in any shape or form I.E speeded up or the heaters in the gym were switched on!! However, it was round 10 of the session and these brutal rounds consisted of 3 full minutes with 60 seconds rest in between. Ryan Davies is currently training for his next professional fight which is at the Devere Hotel Blackpool on Friday 6th Feb 2015. Anybody wishing to his Homecoming fight, then please ask in the office at your next visit to The Hard Knocks Gym training session, as tickets are available now. Hands Up, Chin Down.
