NEWS***NEWS***NEWS We have just awarded grants to 7 fantastic UK marine conservation projects. The fourth project we have supported is the Manx Wildlife Trust. More details of this project are below. We couldn’t give any grants without the support of our Sea-Changers – marine businesses and sea lovers who help us to raise money for our grants programme. Thank you so much. If you want to join us and help create more sea-change in 2015 get in touch at: [email protected] The Manx Wildlife Trust grant from Sea-Changers is to be used to produce an identification guide to help people recognise the species of concern, including those already found on the Island and others that may arrive in the future. Information gathered will be fed back to the Manx Wildlife Trust so that the charity may keep track of existing marine invasive non-native species and their spread, gain awareness of new species and develop a suitable strategy for response, whether that be to do nothing, monitor or remove the species before they become too well established.
