#NEWS #REMINDER #DOGS From Monday October 20, anyone letting a dog loose in a public space can be fined up to £20,000. This is to prevent ANY dog snarling / threatening / jumping up / attacking / frightening / fouling ANYONE, but especially the frail or children. ALL dogs should be on leads, UNDER CONTROL, at all times when outside, especially large dogs (particularly aimed at Rottweilers / Staffies / Alsatians…………….). Fines up to £2000 can be given for dog-owners whose dogs disturb neighbours at un-social times or without good cause (eg. guard dogs / intruders……..). People who do not observe these rules can be fined or have their dog(s) taken away into `care`.
