In his proposal which he intends to table before the Uganda local government association ULGA in their annual general meeting which will be held in Jinja on Friday, Oremo said under the new system of decentralization, central government should give priority to local governments to implement 30 percent of development projects. #Mao #Discharged from #Hospital Democratic Party (DP) President Norbert Mao has been discharged from Nairobi Hospital where he was admitted last month after being diagnosed with pneumonia. DP Secretary General Mr Mathias Nsubuga said that Mr Mao was discharged from hospital yesterday, although he is still in Kenya.
