***NEWSLETTER*** Hello folks, We will have our quarterly meeting tomorrow at 7:00pm at the HHAFFA office located at 620 H Street in Bedford. Please make a list of anything you would like to discuss during this meeting. We have a busy month ahead of us. We will be packing the Christmas care packages this month on November 23rd at the American Legion in Bedford. They have been kind enough to let us use their facility once again. We will be there by 8:30am on the Saturday of the 23rd. VERY IMPORTANT! We need everyone to update us with current and any new addresses ASAP! Please include your contact information with addresses. Your information will be kept confidential. Any info you provide is for our records only and to help us keep track. It will not be shared without your permission. But PLEASE send us the addresses of your soldier at your earliest convenience. We will be purchasing items for the care packages. We have lots of Christmas cards we would like to take to the schools and any businesses who would like some to write a message to our troops and then return them to HHAFFA to mail along with the care packages. If you would like some cards please let us know and someone will bring them to the school, or business and we will pick them up once signed. Our monthly dinner will be this coming Friday at Steak and Shake at 6:00PM. We hope you can join us! Mitchell Legion is planning on having a ham & bean dinner and a bazaar to help raise HHAFFA with the Christmas care packages.
