NFL = Not For Long, and Mike Smith has had long enough! Truman is a bust at CB. No defensive pass rush. No running game. Falcons must rebuild starting now! Either Julio, Roddy, or both need to be traded for draft picks (they both deserve to be on a contender). Cut Steven Jackson, he is done...nice career. Cut Bierman, he is only worried about Kims botox. Falcons need young, angry, tough, maybe even a little crazy, defensive linemen. I think Matthews was a great pick, and they need at least one more good O lineman, but that defense must be completely dismantled, and they need a defensive minded coach. No more coaches named Mike...Mike Smith, Mike Tice, Mike Nolan must all go. Falcons need a disciplinarian like Tom Coughlin. Up 21-0, and lose 22-21 to a team with their best 2 offensive players not even playing is unacceptable! Mike Smith should just step down. Im sure Arthur Blanks does not put up with this kind of incompetence in the Home Depot executive staff and should not with the Falcons. I have been a Falcons fan all my life. I pay for NFL Direct Ticket just so I can watch them play. I have Sirius/XM mainly to hear their games when I am on the road on Sundays (like todays game). I hate to say this, but I do not want them to win a game with Mike Smith on staff. He must go! I know they will lose the next 2 games. Both on the road, at Tampa, at Carolina. Even with a bye next week, I fully believe they will lose in 2 weeks at Tampa (yeah, the same Tampa they miraculously defeated 56-14 just 6 weeks ago). As a life long Falcons fan I deserve a better product.
