(Senior ArchitectDsigner) 1.Participate as a Senior team member and direct project development and design issues including creative and concept development.2.Participate as required for all phases of projects meeting or exceeding the Clients business objectives from programming schematic design and design development construction documents and furniture specification.3.Provide oversight of design intent during design phases with a professional alignment of project schedule and budget.4.Participate in consultation with the client to establish project goals and objectives including but not limited to design intent schedule and budget parameters5.Share responsibility to effectively interface with the client and vendors to either gather data communicate design requirements or to coordinate the design construction and engineering documents6.Develop appropriate procedures for gathering coordinating and synthesizing the project requirements through interviews and discussions with the client on functional operational and cultural issues.7.Mentor staff and participate in design and performance reviews as required.8.Maintains an understanding of current design trends products construction systems and building codesServe as an office representative during trade or industry conferences as needed.9.Develop plans elevations and architectural details that illustrate the design intent and use of materials.10.Review the construction documents and specifications to ensure that the design intent is being maintained11.Attend meetings as appropriate with the client and vendors to review the construction documents and ensure that the design intent is being maintained. jobsmisr | وظائف مصر دوت كوم
