NGO Highlight – Rural Education Development Organization Rural Education Development Organization is a small organization, run by engineers, doctors, teachers and students preparing for competitive examinations, in a village of Samastipur district in Bihar. 1. It provides a platform to talented students from rural areas and conducts written exams & quizzes every year for classes 7-10th. 2. There is a small club for the students which operates under the guidance of this organization where students preparing for competitive exams meet daily and discuss and solve problems. 3. The club conducts weekly exams and helps class 8th students in clearing National Talent Search Examination. 4. This organization runs through contributions from local villagers and students. There has been a considerable change in 4 years. Students belonging to this area perform well. Some people work for livelihood too while preparing for competitive exams. Through BhakSala, we want to ask students studying in good institutions for their inputs, guidance and support! They can donate us their old and usable books which will help poor students.
