FIRST LESSON :. Indonesia did it, United State did it, JonathanNigeria is not doing it.We who know it are more than those who dont SECOND LESSON: Consensus does not occur when a ruling party connives at the highest level , with appointed national chairman pulling the strings- to sell nomination forms except to a president that is yet to declare his intention, even though circunventing the law by campaiging in proxy.Consesnsus comes when bipartisan/polypartisan issues get tabled for all to vote YES in the larger interest of the state.
