NIGERIA JUDICIARY IS FINISHED: The handling of Nitel Retirees Case shows that Nigeria Judiciary is Finished, Unreliable, and deserves no respect. ln February 2007, Obasanjo led government stopped the pension of Nitel Retirees and we immediately went to court. ln February 2011 during late YarAdua regime the Federal High Court Abuja ordered payment of life pension to the Nitel Retirees. Jonathan Administration refused to comply with court order and went on appeal. As at today the Federal Appeal Court Abuja is yet to conclude hearing talking less of giving judgment and thousands of the Nitel retirees have died of starvation. What manner of lawless government and heartless judiciary do we have in Nigeria?. They should all be flushed out in 2015 through the polls. May God help all the retiree that are still remaining. God help Nigeria.
