NIGERIAN FOOTBALL CRISIS RELOADED-10 THE MISTAKES AND INEXPERIENCE THAT GAVE CHRIS GIWA AND CO THE NFF PRESIDENCY SO EASY. I watched Chris Giwa resumed at his new office yesterday and went round to meet his staff.But the question to ask if GIWAS Election was wrong how did he got into office?This was the same office MAIGARI was afraid of reporting to even after FIFA asked him to,he has to get a police orderly,team of DSS and Heavy police to report to office,perhaps then MAIGARI Does not have the Confidence to do that,i am sure it has nothing to do with the size of CHRIS GIWA that he has the guts to move in to that office.How did he get there? 1. There was an agreement reached with SGF that one of the factions breached and had already perfected plans contrary to that agreement. 2. There was a plan for a Congress on 26th which was to fix a new date for elections,return the 2 suspended members of the electoral committee and open the sale of forms to those who were denied.that was the SGFS ROAD MAP. 3. The MAIGARI Camp came to the congress with a plan to extend his tenure till December 2014,Dissolve the Electoral Committee and appoint a new one including the Appeal Committee,Open the sales of forms,this was never the plan and agreement reached and the SGF is not happy about it that his intervention was reduced to nothing, 4. when the Congress was convened a member raised a point of order that in Warri the Congress decided that there will be election on 26th therefore they wanted an election no more no less and someone seconded. 5. Some people in MAIGARIS Camp had already walked away to join a bus provided by Ibrahim Gusau zamfara FA cahirman who wanted to succeed Johnson as Chairman of Chairmen,for them to storm DSS office to rescue MAIGARI and GREEN.This was a BAD move becuase since they claimed to be the MAJORITY and MUSA AHMADU was present they could have stayed and perfect their plans. 6. A letter of resignation dated 12 th August written by MAIGARI that is to be effective on 25th August a day to the terminal date of the Executive Committee under him,When his tenure is expiring on 26th,why then is MAIGARI writing a letter of resignation to take effect on 26th?CURIOUS. 7. Mike umeh read Read MAIGARIS LETTER and Formally dissolved the Committee,MUSA AHMADU took over as at that time he calls for a roll call and 23 People were needed for a QUORUM to be formed and 29 people were present,The question is whether the 29 are those Congress members that have voting right or not.When members present insist on an ELECTION musa ahmadu walked out in protest that there was no agreement to have an election. 8. MIKE UMEH invited the Chairman of the electoral Committee to come and take over to conduct election,MEMBERS present asked who are those Contesting the electoral Committee Chairman said it was CHRIS GIWA and MIKE UMEH.The Chairman then invited MIKE UMEH and GHRIS GIWA to address the Congress in 2 minutes each to canvass for Votes which they both did.Voting started,someone then infirmed MIKE UMEH that Delegates were Voting for GIWA,It was at this point that MIKE UMEH staged a walked out and left.SHEHU ADAMU who filled a form to contest for a member wanted to be voted an Vice President which is not possible.Obinna Ogba was returned un opposed and SHEHU ADAMU also walked away and joined others at HOTEL de Bently what a shame and he was well come with thunderous ovation. 9. Chris Giwaand his Members were declared winners and were sworn in.It is curious to ask if there was no plans for an election and MUSA AHMADU staged a walked out because of that,what then brought about BALLOT BOXES and BALLOT PAPERS to CHIDA HOTEL? 10. Both Chris Giwa and the other faction need MUSA AHMADU to Communicate to FIFA their resolutions and also the outcome of the Elections as at 10pm MUSA AHMADU refused to Communicate to FIFA on behalf of both parties,The Faction who staged a walk out made big mistake they could have waited and enforce their will it was more important than going to DSS Headquaters to rescue MAIGARI and Co most especially among them are people who participated in the purported election and when they see that they were loosing they ran away,what it means is that had they win the other faction may not have seen them.Why did the MAIN faction insist in getting MUSA AHMADU to endorse their resolutions to FIFA?they did it before and they know the BENTLY CONGRESS is not a validly convened congress and FIFA may not accept that just like they did not accept the SEBOB HOTEL resolutions,It was the gathering at CHIDA that is a properly Convened Congress because its date has been decided in WARRI a very long time ago. We are indeed at a cross road,CHRIS GIWA has resumed and even the September election date that was fixed it has not been endorsed by a properly convened congress so it may not hold.where will the other faction get forms to sale?where is their electoral committee that was not inaugurated and endorsed by Congress?Do not be surprise if tomorrow MUSA AHMADU sends a letter that CHRIS GIWA is properly Elected.You know MUSA AHMADU is like JAMES BOND he only lived twice,the last time he disappeared for 2 days he reappeared witha letter he wrote to fifa that MAIGARI has been impeached.MAY GOD HELP OUR FOOTBALL ACT ONE SCENE ONE.
