NO EQUIPMENT needed AT HOME towel (or paper plate) Workout for ALL LEVELS (Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced). Works LEGS, AB/CORE and SHOULDERS. This is a QUICK workout, but effective! Hit SHARE to save this workout to your timeline to do later. :) Ive been asked by several people to post a towel/paper plate workout that can be done at multiple fitness levels... so here it is. The great thing to remember if you can scale back or push harder based on your level. Here is the written workout so you can just watch the video once to determine your level and then write down the workout and get to WORK! ;) Workout: Get a timer/stop watch (I used the one on my phone) Exercise moves that youll do at your OWN level- 1) Mountain Climbers 2) Upside Down T 3) Tuck & Circle Youll start your timer and do 40 seconds of Mountain Climbers followed by 20 seconds of rest. Then 40 seconds of upside down T with 20 seconds of rest and then 40 seconds of Tuck & Circle with 20 seconds of rest. That is ONE SET. Youll then repeat this 2-4 more times for a total of 3-5 sets depending on your level. Again, go at your own pace and if you need to take breaks during that 40 second period thats okay too. You can improve over time and build up strength. *If you dont have stairs in your home you can push something stable like a chair or bench against the wall and use that instead. ENJOY! :)
