!! NO SMOKING !! Its been two and a half years since I CHOSE to smoke my last cigarette. I actually found the last pack that I bought, but refused to open, as I was cleaning out my storage unit the other day. I guess I kept it because Its just kind of symbolic. It just says, I BEAT YOU!! PICTURE BELOW As time goes on I find myself going weeks on end not viewing myself as an ex smoker. Its not even like the time passing after a (not so bad) relationship where you eventually only remember and long for the good times... There were none. I see them standing out side and I think to myself, If they only knew. If they only knew how easy it is after the short lived battle that ensues right after you stop smoking. Ill have you know that smelling it isnt detrimental to my steadfastness anymore either. Its kind of like smelling a fart... You wish you hadnt, but it goes away so oh well. :() I can breath. Every once in awhile, when I take a deep breath, I pretty much pat myself on the back for being able to do so with that horrible cough. If you smoke, or have smoked, you know the one... The one that makes it all worth while!! My teeth are ever whitening, naturally as well. There are so many advantages to quitting smoking that as a nonsmoker, after time, you simply forget about them all... You just look at yourself in the mirror... And just smile!! :) I love you Henry Lee!!
