His neighbors will claim that he has violated the neighborhood zoning laws by building the Ark in his yard &exceeding the height limitations set by the Harare city council. 2:Getting the wood would be another problem because theres a ban on cutting local trees in order to save the inviroment esp after Dereck Mpofu/Zahara green concert the minister of enviroment is likely to toughen his laws due to the awareness songs Dereck sang. 3:When Noah would start gathering the animals obviously he would be sued by SPCA. They will insist that he is confining wild animals against their will.I know they will argue that the accommodation is too restrictive, cruel &inhumane to put so many animals in a confined space.He will be required to apply for 834 different licenses to keep wild beasts on private property. 4:We have 2trade unions in Zim,I also know that they would say he cant use his sons. They will insist he has to hire only Union workers with building experience. One more thing,the SPCA Again might seize all his assets, claiming he is trying to leave the country illegally with endangered species.
