Administration Offices The administration of the office manages the day to day operation a and personnel aspects of the office, implements all policies related decisions, and provide recommendations and efficient process. Office of the Accounts 1. The office of the Student Accounts provides a range of service to students and staff of Teacher College. The services include answering questions about and collecting tuition, housing and other applicable fees, and disbursement of federal, private and institutional aid and refund checks. In addition to the office 2. It is also the general billing and collections office for student tuition, course, fees, room and board. They are also responsible for the posting of employee tuition benefit and billing for third party accounts. They have an individual account representative to assist and answer your questions. 3. The office of Student Accounts is responsible for the timely dissemination of accurate information relating to students financial account. They interact daily with students, parents, faculty, staff and administrators along with outside agencies either in person, by phone, fax, or email. 4. They are also acts a cleaning-house for student charges and credits )which appear on the student Accounts Statement) in addition to processing payments, credits, refunds, and charges. This office monitors student accounts for accuracy and generates and mails the monthly student Accounts statement. B. Students Accounting Section The students Accounting Section provides the following services to students and the rest of the community. 1. Assessment of the Student fees 2. Verifications of the student Accounts 3. Issuance of examination Permits 4. Preparation of list And billing of scholars and grantees 5. Preparation and issuance of Class lists 6. Issuance of the Gate Passes 7. Preparation of various reports for management The accounting is responsible for the reconciliation of various accounts, including the Students Accounts, Cash Clearing Account, the Touch-tone Web Cash Clearing Account. Reversals to credit cards for students paying through the Touch-tone system And web page are processed here. Additional responsibilities include managing the accounting aspects of the Loan for union employees and the Academics and Profesional Staff Loan for faculty and Professional Staff Loan for faculty and Professional Staff Loan for Faculty Professional Staff members. C. CASHIERING AND ACCOUNTS In addition to its other responsibilities for the application of all tuition fee payments depositing cash receipts of student, staff and departmental funds, disbursing petty cash, outside awards, federal and state aid, emergency loans, student and faculty refund checks, certificate of fees. D. GUIDANCE SERVICES TO STUDENTS Providing guidance to students is a shared responsibility the efforts of all teachers, administrators, and counselors. The Guidance Office has 2 councilors, an office manager, and a registrar who plans provide systematic guidance services for students and staff. The Guidance Office has information on careers, post-high school training and personal-social development for use staff, students, and parents; the guidance staff is available to assist teachers in locating and using appropriate materials. Materials may be checked out overnight through the registrar, office manager or a guidance counselor. E. MEDICAL/ DENTAL CLINIC The Medical/Dental clinic provides the following services: 1. Medical and dental consultation and treatment’ 2. Treatment of common medical and dental emergencies 3. Dissemination of health information/advisory through room to room campaigns, posters and bulletin boards 4. Physical examination 5. Oral prophylaxis 6. Patient referrals to hospitals and laboratories 7. Immunization 8. Assistance in the implementation of sanitation measures 9. Issuance of excuse slips MEDICAL SERVICES 1. During the school year, children spend walking hours at school. Without health services, student with minor injuries, acute illness, chronic condition, mental and social problems may not be able to attend school. 2. The school presences of the school nurse can relieve teachers of monitoring and attending to student health needs so they are free to devote all their time to educate students. 3. The school nurse supports each student by implementing several strategies that promote both student and staff health and safety. Some of these strategies include: • Providing health education within the school • Identifying health concerns in the school environment, and • Supporting healthy food services program 4. School health programs afford parents the handled by health professionals during the school day. 5. It ensures that school students are healthy in the classroom. 6. Services are available to students F. LIBRARY The library provides the following services to students: 1. General The library provides students with the following library materials: • General reference materials such as atlases, almanacs, biographies, dictionaries, directories, and encyclopedia. • Books and textbooks. • Periodicals such as newspapers, magazines, and journals. 2. Photocopy services 3. Interlibrary referral services 4. Orientation program for students, faculty and personnel 5. Multimedia and information dissemination services 6. Issuance and approval of application forms for library cards and replacements G. OFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS The office of Student Affairs provides the following services to students: 1. Processing and issuance of student ID 2. Implementation of tutorial programs 3. Issuance and approval of application forms for the use of facilities for student activities 4.
