Tom Sharplin is an icon of New Zealand Music scene - King of the Rockers! Holden was born in 1952, the same year as the FJ Holden was first manufactured and during the course of his diverse career he has become as much an icon as his automotive namesake. Frankie J. Holden began his show business career as frontman with the legendary rock group Ol 55(with Wilbur Wilde), one of the most successful Australian recording acts of all time. Wilbur Wilde was born Nicholas Aitken in 1955 and first rose to prominence as saxophonist with the bands Ol 55 and Jo Jo Zep and the Falcons. Over the years, he has performed with some of the biggest names in music including Skyhooks, Elvis Costello, Tom Jones, Split Enz, Roy Orbison, Cold Chisel, Dire Straits, the Angels, Dragon and James Reyne.
