**** NOTICE OF CHANGE***Stallions Service Auctions*** Last year was our start out year and we had to set things up the way we did, however we now need to look at bringing the Auction in line with the breeding seasons New Rules 1. The Stallions Nominated for the 2014 breeding season the Progeny are Now eligible for the both the 2015 and 2016 Shows 2. This will be the ONLY year this will happen as it is basically a catch up year 3. Any progeny that is born that is the results from a year that a stallion is nominated will always be able to compete and BUY into the yearling and 2yrs Futurity even if the Stallion has NOT renominated for that year. (PLEASE NOTE THE STALLION MUST HAVE BEEN NOMINATED IN THE YEAR OF CONSEPTION) buy in price $200 4. This will in effect give people breeding the knowledge that when they breed that progeny if by a nominated stallion will always be eligible as a weanling and in the older events they can get in even if the Stallion does not Nominate for that year at the buy in price One of the Biggest issues I have at the moment and biggest complaints from mare owners is they buy a breed through us or breed to a stallion that was nominated and then the stallion does not Nominate for the next year. Because of this change we will allow Stallion owners who have not nominated because they did not have progeny coming this year, or this is their first breeding season the opportunity to nominate, we will add these to the last chance sale at the ½ Service fee price to give these horse the opportunity and not miss out. In Other words if you want the progeny of the foals that are being BRED this year to compete at ANY age the sire must be Nominated the year of breeding. ***Any Stallion who may not have nominated due to them being first season sire or no progeny due to be born this year, we will give till Sunday to Nominate for the Last Chance Sale Otherwise progeny born NEXT year will not be eligible.
