NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clarksville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 04, 2014 at 7:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the Town Council Meeting Room, Clarksville Town Hall, 321 Virginia Avenue, Clarksville, Virginia, to receive comments concerning the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission is currently updating the town’s comprehensive plan which addresses a broad range of topics dealing with quality of life issues, town services and utilities, population, employment, commercial and industrial development needs of the community. The Planning Commission would like input from citizens, business owners, and other community organizations to assist with identifying goals that the Planning Commission wishes to pursue as a community. Citizens unable to attend the August 4th meeting may provide their comments via mail to: Clarksville Town Manager, P.O. Box 1147, Clarksville, VA 23927 or e-mail to [email protected] . The 2009 Comprehensive Plan is available for review on the town’s website at clarksvilleva.org.
