NOTICE TO ALL HILLCREST PROPERTY OWNERS: We are cleaning up grave spaces that are not in compliance with out Rules and Regulations. These have not changed, but are being more strictly enforced beginning today. We have flowers stuck in the ground, as well as solar lights, spinning wheels, little fences and even gardens in front of monuments. The groundskeepers are having great difficulty mowing and flowers that are stuck in the grounds are adding to our need for trash pickup daily, making our manual labor time triple and very difficult to keep up with. Our Rules and Regs state that flowers are to be put in marble, granite, bronze or stainless steel vases. NO GLASS, PLASTIC OR PAPER VASES ALLOWED! Two flowers arrangements are allowed, plus an arrangement may be put on top of the monument, if secured with a holder.
