NOTICE This is to notify all Amnesty International, Simrik Youth Network that the Youth Network has opened following posts: • Vice Secretary Key Responsibilities: Support Secretary and help him in Decision Making Process. Assist Secretary. Develop fund generating ideas. Take entire responsibilities on behalf of Secretary and work in his absence. • Treasurer Key Responsibilities: Keep records of all incoming and outgoing expenses. Maintain proper balance of entire transactions. Develop fund collecting ideas. • Deputy Treasurer Key Responsibilities: Assist Treasurer in the work. Suggest Treasurer in better way of creating transparency. Develop fund collecting ideas. Work in Treasurer’s absence on his or her behalf. • Members Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Handle Members Complain and hear their problems. Ensure every member are being communicated. File the new membership form. Develop members increasing strategy. Maintain coordination among the members. • Deputy Members Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Assist Members Coordinator in hearing their problems. Suggest Members Coordinator to handle problem in better way. Develop members increasing strategy. Work in Member’s Coordinator’s absence and on his or her behalf. • Deputy Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Assist Program Coordinator in developing strategies of program. Attending Program’s meeting along with Program Coordinator. Develop new ideas of conducting programs. Work in Program Coordinator’s absence and on her behalf. • Information Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Ensure information flow is effectively being done from every level to all members. Communicate the things happening to all members. Posting on Facebook the things happening. Updating blog. Checking Emails. • Deputy Information Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Assist Information Coordinator in smooth information flow. Work in Information Coordinator’s absence and on his or her behalf. Members can directly contact Pratik Bohara (Uniglobe College), Soni Rai (Atlantic College) and hand over the name to them. In case, members not belonging to this colleges, can mail at: ain.syn@gmail Last date of informing is 31st August, 2013 Entire services are voluntary, so no payments will be made. Interested members must be able to spend at least five to six hours per month. Non members can also apply to the post, by being member. It costs Rs 200 to be the member of Simrik Youth Network.
