NOVEMBER 5th. I am thankful for my oldest son, Robert, for the positive changes that are being made in his life. I have asked Robert, if he mind, that I shared some of the things he has gone through, how the power of prayer and God has helped him turn his life around, by sending the right people into his life to help him get through his difficult times. At a young age, he had beome depressed and thoughts of taking his own life, which lead into trying. He was seeking counseling, and in several different lock down units. He has been through so much trama, in his younger life. I always prayed for him and stood by his side. As well as church members, family and friends. My heart went out to Robert, as he tried so hard to take a step forward, something would come along and knocked him back down a couple of steps. He has several, close calls to death. He is a survivor of carbon moxiode poison, due to coal stove, that filled the house with carbon moxiode posion, I was told his numbers, were high, had to be life line to another hospital, for treatments, and tests. He was involved, in a car accident, the car he was driving, had flipped and landed on the roof. The car was total, and he was taking to the hospital, and released. A survivor of over-the-counter medicine overdose. A survivor of a gunshot, that was close to his heart. The last trama, which was the Walmart situation, were the police was involved, and Robert was shot, by a police officer, was one of the most hardest moments of my life. About a couple of weeks before that, I have spoke with a pastor, concerning Robert, and the relationship he was in. The pastor stated, The path that he is on, is either going to get him killed or in jail. As a mother, that loves her children. It was hard to hear those words. I prayed so hard for Robert! That night, When things got bad, at Walmart, with everything that he has experienced, in his life, he had become so tired, and didnt want to live anymore. He did serve time in jail. I have prayed so hard for my son, and all parties involved, there is more to the story, and I knew, he still had a hard road ahead of him. I begin to look at the positive things, that happened to Robert while in jail. There was a man, that handed Robert a bible, he was being taken care of, and kept safe. Through the power of prayer, while in prison, is what helped him turn his life around. He had turned his life around. He had became a born again christian, and reaches out to those, who are going through, the same thing, he did. I shared this story, not to have him judged. To see how God worked in his life! I love you, Robert! I am proud of you!
