Im also a health & wellness consultant and lifetime rider. I just recently started my own business combining my passion for horses and riding with my health & wellness business by promoting and educating riders on THEIR own nutrition. Ive noticed that horse people treat their horses like athletes and put a lot of effort into their care and nutrition for optimal performance but dont evaluate their own nutrition. I used to be one of them! Addressing my own nutrition has helped my riding, energy levels and stamina immensely. This is a gap in the equestrian community that should be addressed so riders can be the best teammates they can be to their horses. I teach people how to eat clean, to help their bodies eliminate toxins and live a healthier lifestyle.
