SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Estimating/Sales Representative brings a consistent flow of profitable new business to the Company, in accordance with the company’s sales and marketing plan. The Estimating/Sales Representative is responsible for the sales activities of the Company and for the good will of each client assigned. The Estimating/Sales Representative coordinates and executes the sales and client relations policies established by the Office of the President toward the accomplishment of Company objectives. The Sales Representative maintains and improves the Companys competitive position and insures maximum sales volume at minimum cost. The Sales Representative monitors customer perceptions and attitudes towards the Companys services. Identifies and reports to Supervisors specific customer preferences, wishes, requests for service, complaints, and timely and satisfying solutions to complaints. Develops and directs specific promotions for target accounts. EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES NEEDED: -Strong knowledge in the Landscape and/or Construction Industry with ability to estimate and sell Landscape Maintenance as well as Landscape Installation (construction) contracts -Ability to operate computer based estimating forms such as Microsoft Excel, Work and QuickBooks -Energetic Self-starter -Strong Time Management Skills -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Excellent Organizational Skills -A keen eye for the attention-to-detail requirements of Estimating and Sales Activities -Professional personal appearance -Desire to grow themselves, client base and company Please SHARE this post on your timeline or to friends who may fit this job description.
