NOW UPDATED ON MAY 30, 2014 11:27 (GMT +3) Fadel Shaker not dead, residing in Ain al-Hilweh camp BEIRUT - A well-informed source denied a rumor that has been circulating lately in the media, claiming that fugitive retired singer Fadel Shaker died during a battle with Syrian regime troops in Deir Ezzor, NOW’s correspondent in South Lebanon reported on Friday. The source also said that Shaker was residing in the Al-Tawaree neighborhood in the Ain al-Hilweh Palestinian refugee camp in South Lebanon’s Sidon.
