NOW YOU KNOW : Raila Odinga who was in Germany for a week together with Mombasa Senator Omar Hassan, Mombasa Governor ALi Hassan Joho and Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero met with ICC officials and other individuals in an exclusive hotel in Berlin Germany. Mr Kidero and Mr Joho didnt attend the meeting but hanged around the meeting wae being held. MR JOho is still very bitter with President Uhuru Kenyatta for sinking his ship. The meeting which was held at KEMPINSKI HOTEL BRISTOL, CHARLOTTENBURG BERLIN on 17th September 2014 was attended by former ICC prosecutor LUIS MORENO OCAMPO,KOFFI ANNAN, PROF MAKAU MUTUA, SENATOR OMAR HASSAN OMAR, ALEX WHITTING, JACQUELINE KLOPP and ICC officials. At the same time another team in kenya was attending the same meeting via VIDEOLINK from a Five Star hotel located in Upper Hill area of NAIROBI. Those in attendance included former TJRC deputy chair BETTY MURUNGI, FORMER KNHRC chairman MAINA KIAI, FORMER KHRC Executive Director WANYEKI MUTHONI, GLADWELL OTIENO and INUKA TRUST CEO JOHN GITHONGO. In the video, Senator Hassan can be seen asking the ICC officials to issue warrant of arrest against Uhuru Kenyatta whom he claimed is very powerful to an extent he ignored Judge Orders not to destroy the ship intercepted with narcotics until the case is heard and determined. Mr Hassan argued that since Mr Kenyatta will not attend the Hague court , its wise the court asserts its position by issuing summons to Mr Kenyatta or request ICC judges to make a ruling demanding Mr Kenyatta to be physically present at the court. The ICC officials preferred the second option which they termed as less confrontational. The meeting lasted for 1hr 48minutes.
