NOW they want the COPS! Bravo, BRAVO to the white SUV who exercised his (her?) RIGHT to the public street! If we see more people pushing their way through an illegal protest, we would see far fewer streets illegally blocked! Wait until they maroon an ambulance that loses that precious few minutes to save the life inside. A road is a legal right-of-way. When protesters block those public roads, they are infringing on the rights of the public. This is where the police should call in the National Guard, if necessary, and ARREST these people. Nobodys First Amendment rights trump any rights of any other citizen. The First Amendment does NOT guarantee the RIGHT of anybody to say what they want to say, in any fashion they want to say. The First Amendment just prohibits CONGRESS from passing any LAWS that infringe on free speech. Blocking a public road is NOT Peaceable Assembly. It is the tyranny of the crowd. It is NOT free-speech to block a PUBLIC road, street, thruway, freeway. YOU do not have the RIGHT to impede MY progress on a public conveyance. The Constitution protects ALL of the RIGHTS of ALL of the CITIZENS.
